Complete kitchen and adjoining living area renovation under the direct supervision of Gary Wake. Wake Construction removed an obsolete brick chimney and hearth, lifted and leveled the foundation, built solid-wood cabinetry, installed granite countertops, and set white subway tile backsplash.

What the property needed
Intrusive masonry chimney taking up vital floor area, dated acoustic popcorn ceilings, unlevel subfloor, and dark enclosed workspace.
How Wake Construction built it
Removed brick chimney and hearth from roofline to foundation, lifted settled floor joists, scraped acoustic ceilings, installed custom solid-wood cabinets, and set granite countertops with subway tile backsplash.
