Garcia whole-house strip, foundation lift, and remodel
Total whole-house structural restoration stripping the residential building down to bare studs and lifting the structure to pour a new concrete foundation. Wake Construction reframed the subfloor across living areas, replaced exterior and interior wall studs, rewired the entire house, and completed three new bathrooms, kitchen, and stucco exterior.

What the home needed, and how we built it
What the property needed
Severe structural decay throughout the rental home including failing foundation, rotted subfloor, compromised wall studs, and unsafe electrical wiring.
How Wake Construction built it
Elevated house on jacks, poured a reinforced perimeter foundation, replaced subfloor framing in living room, hallway, kitchen, and three bathrooms, installed complete new electrical and plumbing, and applied new exterior stucco.
