Structural fire damage rebuild
Complete structural reconstruction of a residential property after severe fire damage consumed roof rafters and wall framing. Wake Construction demolished charred timber, shored undamaged sections, replaced structural roof trusses, and rewired the entire home.

What the home needed, and how we built it
What the property needed
Severe structural fire damage compromising load-bearing wall studs, roof truss framing, electrical systems, and subflooring.
How Wake Construction built it
Engineered temporary shoring walls, stripped charred timber down to sound structural framing, sistered and replaced rafters, installed new subflooring, and completed whole-home rewiring and drywall.
