Magneson foundation lift and exterior remodel
Comprehensive exterior remodel and structural foundation repair requiring a house lift at the rear of the residence to pour a new reinforced concrete foundation. Wake Construction replaced exterior plumbing, routed plumbing vents inside wall cavities, repaired dry-rot framing, added a covered front porch, and built a new garage.

What the home needed, and how we built it
What the property needed
Failing rear foundation footings, rotted wall studs from water intrusion, exposed exterior plumbing vents, and missing front porch structure.
How Wake Construction built it
Elevated the rear structure on hydraulic jacks, removed deteriorated footings, poured a reinforced concrete perimeter foundation, rerouted plumbing vents inside interior walls, and framed a new front porch and attached garage.
